Product Enquiries and Quotations
A website enquiry, WhatsApp message, phone call or email does not automatically confirm an order. Quotations are discussed based on product availability, customization requirement, size, design complexity, finishing work, quantity, packing and delivery location. A quotation may be revised if specifications change or additional work is requested.
Custom Marble Statue Work
For customized statues, customers should provide clear references, photos, size, posture, finishing, color and other important specifications. Since marble craft is handmade, minor natural variations in stone, carving, polish, color work and finishing may occur. Such variations are part of handcrafted marble statue work.
Payment and Order Approval
Payment terms may differ for ready products and customized products. For ready statues, full advance may be required. For customized statues, an advance may be required to start work and the remaining amount may be required on approval before shipment. The exact payment schedule should be confirmed before order processing.
Shipping, Packaging and Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on product readiness, customization work, packaging, transport availability, destination and shipping mode. We use appropriate packing methods such as bubble wrap, foam and wooden boxes depending on the item and destination. Transport charges, courier charges, loading charges, insurance and taxes, if applicable, may be discussed separately.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details, delivery address, product specifications, approval confirmations and any required documents for transport or shipping. The customer should inspect photos, videos or approval information carefully before confirming dispatch.
