Because marble statues are fragile and often handcrafted, shipping is coordinated carefully after order confirmation and approval.
National Delivery
For delivery within India, statues may be sent through truck, mini loading vehicle, courier company, goods transport service or another suitable mode depending on the size, weight, route and customer requirement. Doorstep delivery may be available for selected locations and transport modes.
International Delivery
For international delivery, shipment may be arranged by sea or air depending on destination, cost, delivery time and packaging requirement. Airway shipment rates are generally based on total weight, volume and destination. Additional documentation, customs process, duties, taxes and local delivery charges may apply according to the destination country.
Packaging Method
Packing is done according to product type and destination. Generally, bubble wrap, foam, protective layers and wooden boxes are used to help the statue reach in safe condition. The final packing method may vary for large idols, painted statues, delicate carving, temple idols or export shipments.

Inspection on Delivery
Customers should inspect the package and product at the time of delivery as far as practically possible. If there is visible damage to the outer package, photos and videos should be taken before unpacking and the issue should be reported quickly so that the transport matter can be reviewed.
