Vijay Laxmi Moorti Bhandar manufactures and supplies marble idols, marble statues and customized moorti work. Because many products are handmade, fragile, customized or made after customer approval, return and refund handling depends on product type, order stage, payment status and delivery condition.
Ready Products
For ready statues, customers should confirm product photos, size, material, finishing, price and availability before payment and dispatch. Return or exchange requests for ready products may be reviewed case by case if the product is unused, undamaged and reported promptly.
Customized Products
Customized statues are made according to customer specifications, photos, size, posture, painting, finishing or design preference. Once custom work has started, cancellation, return or refund may not be possible except where specifically agreed in writing. Any advance paid for custom work may be adjusted according to work already completed, material used and order stage.
Approval Before Dispatch
For customized products, photos, videos or other approval details may be shared before dispatch. Customers should check approval material carefully and raise correction requests before shipment. Once approved and dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Damage in Transit
If a product appears damaged during transport, the customer should take clear photos and videos of the outer package, inner packing and product immediately. The issue should be reported as soon as possible so the transport or packaging matter can be reviewed. Resolution may depend on transport terms, insurance, proof of damage and handling by the delivery partner.
Refund Method and Timeline
If any refund is approved, it will normally be processed through a mutually agreed payment method. Bank, payment gateway or service provider timelines may affect the time taken for the amount to reflect. Shipping, packing, loading, payment gateway charges or third-party costs may not be refundable unless specifically agreed.
Non-Returnable Situations
Products may not be returnable where they are customized, used, altered, installed, damaged after delivery, approved before dispatch, ordered with special specifications, or returned without prior confirmation from Vijay Laxmi Moorti Bhandar.
